Coaching/Tactics session in May discussed – general agreement that Fleet4 would be willing to fund this two-day coaching and learning session and have a professional hired to do so – at approximately $4k

Discussion of having a particular boat/skipper responsible for managing each regatta's turnout, dock party and ensuring sailing instructions are available. List to be determined at Spring 2012 meeting.

Andrew Moor and the Thunderstruck team have agreed to take over the responsibility of organizing the Canadians regatta. A Big Thank You to the ReTern team for doing a great job for the last 3 years.

Discussion around bringing Fleet4 boats to Annapolis in Fall 2012, to sail in East Coast Fall Regatta, and then race in 2013 NA's at the same location. Haulage $1500 each way, monthly storage $100.

Key West no longer a J/105 Fleet destination due to high costs – J/105 Class promoting Galveston as an alternative (as per J Rathbun) Free launch, haul, storage offered.
